Responsibilites: Manage an upscale Italian Restaurant in the
French Quarter. Responsible for inventory, ordering, wine list,
bar, computers, accounting and service.
2001 to 2002
Position: Western Washington Manager
Company: St. Hilaire Cellars in Yakima, WA
Responsibilities: Wholesale distribution of wine to restaurants,
wine shops, grocery stores, golf courses and other businesses. Focus
on sales and marketing via private label wines to high-end accounts.

Position: Security
Company: Event Staffing Inc. in Seattle, WA
Responsibilities: Provide onsite security at concerts, festivals
and other events at Paramount Theatre, Moore Theatre, Seattle Center,
